At Aritza, we strive to create exceptional custom pieces while ensuring a fair and transparent process. To maintain the highest quality standards and protect the time invested in each unique creation, we've implemented the following policies for all custom orders:
Deposit Requirement
A non-refundable deposit will now be required to initiate any custom order. The deposit amount will be determined based on the design’s complexity and material needs. This deposit secures your commission and covers initial material costs.
Purchase Window
Once the piece is completed, we will contact you, and the payment will be processed through this website. The client will have 10 days to finalize the purchase. If payment is not completed within this period, the piece will be released for sale to other interested buyers.
Creation Timeline
The creation process typically takes 1-4 weeks, depending on the workload and also depending on the complexity of the piece, such as those that include original oil or acrylic paintings.
Payment Options
Payments are accepted via credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, or Cash App. Just like installment payments.
Important: Discount codes are not applicable to custom orders. If we've agreed on a price, it is considered unprofessional to use discount codes instead of honouring our agreement.
